Wing Hang Platinum Maid Insurance Plan* ("The Plan") protects you as an employer against liabilities under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance in Hong Kong SAR. In addition, if unfortunately your family member under 5 years suffers from bodily injury caused by the intentional act of your domestic helper, this plan covers medical expenses for the injured child.

This Plan also covers medical and dental expenses incurred for your domestic helper, including clinical, surgical, hospitalization and bone-setting expenses; as well as providing personal accident protection for your domestic helper during her rest days.

*Remarks:	1.	Employees' Compensation Insurance Plan covers only the above Employer's Liability Benefit mentioned under Section 1.
	2.	Wing Hang Platinum Maid Insurance Plan is applicable to overseas domestic helper who is legally employed for carrying out domestic duties in Hong Kong SAR only.
	3.	The waiting period for Medical and Dental Expenses Benefits is 15 days from the effective date of the policy.
	4.	Age limit of domestic helper under Wing Hang Platinum Maid Insurance Plan and Employees' Compensation Insurance Plan is 18-60.
	5.	Employees' Compensation Insurance Levy is included.

*Major Exclusion from insurance coverage (including but not limited to):

Accidents caused by war, pre-existing conditions, pregnancy and related complications, HIV/AIDS and venereal disease, suicide and claims incurred outside Hong Kong (except Employees' Compensation cover).
