RETAIL BANKING
Branch Manager (Ref: KSH/BR-BM/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Implement business plans so as to achieve pre-set branch profit objectives
Exercise credit assessment with prescribed limit of lending authority
Manage branch staff to provide high quality of services to customers
Ensure all daily transactions are complied with the Bank's policies and procedures
Requirements:
 
University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years' banking experience
Must possess solid branch management experience
Good connection with local markets with proven track record of success in business achievement
   
Business Officer (Ref: TBS/BR-BO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Manage and develop portfolio of commercial banking accounts focusing on trade finance
Assist in achieving revenue targets and other targets through branch network
Prepare credit proposals and other loans documents
Conduct regular credit reviews and monitor credit quality of the portfolio
Build and maintain good relationship with customers
Requirements:
 
University degree in any disciplines, preferably major in Business, Finance or Marketing
Minimum 2 years' banking experience in Corporate/Commercial/SME Banking
Pass in IIQE and HKSI Licensing Examinations is an advantage
Good knowledge of credit analysis is a must
Independent and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
   
Customer Service Officer (Ref: TBS/BR-CSO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Promote full range of retail products to customers
Prospect new businesses and maintain long-term relationship with customers
Provide quality services to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs
Requirements:
 
University degree in any disciplines, preferably major in Business, Finance or Marketing
Minimum 3 years' banking experience in selling investment, insurance and various retail products
Pass in IIQE and HKSI Licensing Examinations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
   
Product Development Officer (Ref: LYL/PMD-PDO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Assist in conducting market survey and preparing user requirements for new service and product
Participate in User Acceptance Test and produce analytical evaluations on the performance of new product development
Requirements:
 
University degree in business related disciplines
Minimum 1 year's banking experience with knowledge of retail products
Detail-minded, hard working and willing to learn
Good PC skills with knowledge of HTML programming
   
Wealth Management Officer (Ref: TBS/BR-WMO/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Promote full range of banking and investment products to customers
Prospect new businesses and maintain long-term relationship with customers
Handle investment enquiries from customers
Provide quality services to customers and satisfy their financial needs
Requirements:
 
University degree in any disciplines, preferably major in Business, Finance or Marketing
Minimum 3 years' banking experience in selling retail products especially in investment area
Preferably with CFA, CFP or CFMP professional qualifications
Pass in IIQE and HKSI Licensing Examinations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
 
Provide quality general phone banking services to Credit Card customers
Prepare daily and monthly customer inquiry report
Perform account maintenance
Provide clerical support as required
Requirements:
 
F.5 full certificate
Minimum 2-3 years' customer service experience in banking industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-minded, self-motivated and independent

Responsibilities:
 
Execute securities transactions for customers in branch or call centre
Handle customer enquiry related to securities service
Responsible of matching daily transaction records
Requirements:
 
F.5 full certificate or above
Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in banking industry
Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8
Detail-minded and customer-oriented
Independent and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and listening skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage

Responsibilities:
 
Handle counter transactions and cross-sell banking products
Requirements:
 
F.5 full certificate, with pass in IIQE Licensing Examinations is an advantage
Minimum 1 year's teller experience is a must
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-minded, customer-oriented and proactive
   
Part-Time Clerk - Complaint Handling (Ref: LYL/PMD-CCH/WB)
Responsibilities:
 
Handle customers’ phone/written enquiries and complaints
Coordinate with other business units to resolve complaint cases
Prepare monthly complaint report
Provide administrative support and data entry as required
Requirements:
 
F.7 or above
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience preferably in customer service of banking industry
Good knowledge of general banking products, services and operations is an advantage
Good communication and problem solving skills
Responsible, customer-oriented and self-motivated
